Making a Reservation
If you have chosen a property, and would like to reserve it now, simply select the Book Now button of the relevant property on either the Properties page or from the detailed page of any individual property you are interested in. If you do not wish to book online, and would prefer to pay by another method, please select the Booking Enquiry button at the bottom of this page, and fill in the Booking Enquiry form or call Freephone 0800 731 6651. To avoid disappointment, please remember that properties are available on a first come first served basis as shown in our live availability. A property reservation is only confirmed once payment has been taken online using a credit card/Switch/Maestro card or by submitting the card details by phone.
To confirm a reservation for your selected property, we require a £100 deposit. Once a reservation has been accepted, the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. The balance payment can either be made on-line or by telephone. For speed and ease, all correspondence will be sent by email as follows:
Once the deposit has been paid:
- Receipt for your deposit payment
- Confirmation of when your balance payment is due
- A copy of our terms and conditions
Once the balance has been paid:
- Receipt for your balance payment
- Arrival Instructions with any relevant entry codes
- Local area map with directions
At the end of your holiday:
- Confirmation of return of security deposit

- On-line deposit payment – with credit card

- By Freephone – credit card details taken over the phone
- By Freephone – Switch/Maestro card details taken over phone
- Bank Transfer (UK) – Bank account details will be emailed to you
- International bank transfer (SWIFT) – IBAN/BIC will be emailed to you
