 Our dog-friendly cottages

4 The Court Yard Cottages :: 8 The Court Yard Cottages :: 11 The Court Yard Cottages

After a long day exploring the many walks from the village of Fort Augustus, come back to your cottage, dry those paws and curl up by the wood burning stove. Our dog-friendly cottages have a handy boot room and easy access to twenty acres of private gardens and a multitude of beautiful walks through the grounds and local area. The area is a dog paradise.

Lovely walks on your doorstep

Landscaped gardens, lochside walks and outdoor adventure. Whatever type of walk your dog loves most, we have it.

If you have an energetic dog, you can take them off the beaten track and head to the loch shore along woodland tracks, which are all accessible from the village without the need to travel by car. Let your dog run through the trees, paddle in the streams, sniff through the fern banks and investigate the undergrowth.

Meanwhile, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape and majestic views with uninterrupted sounds of birds and the soft breeze through the trees, feeling in touch with nature, relaxed and away from it all. Explore the shore of Loch Ness taking time to sit and unwind, watching the ever changing weather and scenery while your dog potters about.
